Policy Overview & Timeframe
We offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was shipped.
Important Initiation Step
You must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number before sending any item back. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with an RMA number and the secure return address (which may differ from our business address).
- Pack Securely: Please repack the item in its original packaging, including all protective materials, manuals, and certificates. Include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip inside the box.
- Ship the Return: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item. Upon approval, we will initiate your refund or dispatch your exchange item.

- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
- Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal). Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost of the replacement item to your address.

- Custom or Personalised Items: Any item ordered with custom specifications.
- Used Sharpening Stones & Tools: Products such as CERAMIC WATER SHARPENERS and whetstones (e.g., 1000 Grit Whetstones) that show signs of use, as their performance integrity cannot be verified.
- Opened or Used Accessories: Any ACCESSORIES where the hygiene seal or original packaging has been broken.
- Gift Cards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
