Global Ni produce 3 different sizes of vegetable knife. These knives all feature flatter blades designed to cut down through vegetables and give clean cuts. Choose between a GNM 08 – 16cm, GNM 07 – 15cm and GNM 06 – 14cm size. These knives are based on the popular G-5 and GS-5 Global classic vegetable choppers. These knives are more or less identical in shape to the cook’s and santoku knives, so do consider these as alternatives. There is also a 14cm fluted vegetable chopper available in a 14cm size, the GNM-01.
