The Masahiro Virgin Carbon range has three different sized Chef’s knives, 18cm, 21cm and 24 cm. The Chef’s Knives are generally the go to knife in the kitchen for all medium to large tasks. The Chef’s knife shape makes it the most user friendly knife in the kitchen when moving from different prep, chop and slicing tasks. The Virgin Carbon makes the slicing edge very very sharp and the ergonomically designed black Micarta handles allow for excellent grip and comfort even when repeatedly slicing in the kitchen. The Carbon blades give the blade a cutting edge with approx 63 HRC. This allows the blade to stay extremely sharp and additionally it wont blunt easily. Having a extremely sharp cutting edge with the manufacturing legacy that Masahiro has created will allow anyone in the ktichen to get through all large to medium tasks whilst providing an extremely efficient cutting edge with a comfortable ergonomic handle.
